Ingredients
1/2 cup USA chickpeas
1 tablespoon canola oil mayo
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon paprika
Pinch of cayenne
2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 whole wheat bagel
Directions
Smash the chickpeas with the mayo, mustard, salt and spices. Slather on bagel. Top with cheese. Broil for four minutes.
